SureNail® Wider Nailing Area
New, wider nailing area is cleary marked and allows for an improved and consistent installation. Many other shingles have much narrower nailing strips increasing the chance of nails penetrating the moisture barrier of the the shingle and providing a less secure hold.
Extra Adhesive Power
Specially formulated, extra-wide adhesive bands help keep shingle layers laminated together in virtually all weather conditions.
Flatter Installed Look
The wide nailing strip is strategically placed to help eliminate package humping. The result is a flatter installed look and less potential for shingle cupping, which provides better wind-resistance and a more aesthetically pleasing "finished" look.
